Job summary

Unlimited Technology, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Remote Support Engineer III to resolve complex issues across enterprise security platforms.

You will serve as the escalation point for Remote Support Engineer I and II, lead advanced troubleshooting, and drive service improvements for Shield-enabled accounts. You will work with Service, Project Management, Installation, Systems Engineering, and manufacturers, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior engineers while

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience in electronic security, systems integration, or technical support.
• Advanced troubleshooting of integrated security systems remotely across enterprise environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and serving as a technical escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote technical support across integrated security systems, including enterprise and multi-site environments.
• Serve as the assigned escalation point for complex service issues for Remote Support Engineer I and II personnel.
• Analyze system architecture, configurations, logs, databases, communications, and network performance to determine root cause on difficult issues.
• Lead advanced technical escalations with manufacturers and vendors through to resolution.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and extended-hours coverage as the senior escalation resource.
