Job summary

Coloplast, through Comfort Medical, is seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for the field sales team. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing and training partners to create effective curricula covering product knowledge, DME, operations, and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of learning and development/training in healthcare or med device.
• Travel 25-40% with some global travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver sales training and development initiatives.
• Design, develop, coordinate and facilitate core curricula for new hires.
• Develop training curricula for existing sales force to enhance knowledge and selling skills.
• Use in-person, virtual, group-based and 1-1 formats for dynamic delivery.
• Organize, plan and schedule training events and classes.
• Design and document training assessments and provide coaching based on results.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
• Co-travel with representatives to observe interactions and reinforce messaging.
• Improve learning approaches and modalities to boost adoption.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to assess field needs and priorities.
• Ensure ethical and professional standards and compliance.
