Job summary

Saluda Medical, a commercial-stage medical device company, seeks a Sales Training Manager to oversee onboarding, certification planning, and ongoing development for the field team nationwide. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in the US.

You will design content, deliver virtual modules, coordinate with HR, Sales, R&D and Marketing, and travel for in-person events as needed. As SME in Spinal Cord Stimulation and Saluda Closed Loop technology, you’ll drive training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or health-related field.
• 3+ years managing medical device training programs.
• Experience in neuromodulation or clinical support preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, training and certification for new hires.
• Drive the National Field Trainer program to ensure readiness.
• Manage Field Site Training Events and attendee coordination.
• Develop and deliver virtual content for cohorts.
• Travel up to 2 weeks for in-person training events.
• Serve as SME on Spinal Cord Stimulation and Saluda Closed Loop tech.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to adapt training plans.
• Create efficient onboarding processes with HR.
• Develop engaging, scalable training techniques with ROI focus.
• Assess curriculum using feedback from participants and proctors.
• Develop assessment methods to measure progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet learning needs.
• Support product launches with marketing and R&D.
• Track KPIs for training programs and report ROI.
