ClearCaptions, LLC. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to partner with the Sales organization, coordinating reporting, systems support, process administration, and performance tracking to drive productivity and execution.

The role focuses on maintaining sales metrics, supporting CRM and business systems, and enabling events and cross-functional projects to equip the team with tools and information to achieve business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, performance management, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, sales technologies, reporting tools, and data management practices, including Salesforce.
• Experience in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Skilled in developing dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Training, Recruiting, and Business Operations functions.

• Maintains sales performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools.
• Compiles and analyzes sales activity, conversion rates, installations, cancellations, and revenue data.
• Prepares reporting, analysis, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and reviews.
• Performs data validation and reporting audits to ensure data accuracy.
