Empower Careers seeks a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer-sponsored plans. Roles include inbound/outbound calls, educating on distributions, and driving long-term financial well‑being.

A self-starter with strong organization and sales prowess is ideal. Candidates must be licensed (FINRA 7 & 66 or 63 & 65); a $5,000 sign-on bonus applies to those already fully licensed who apply by 09/30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in financial services/ retirement planning
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations (or 63 & 65) required
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Proficient with Windows/MS Office and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants
• Guide participants through managed account solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and service goals
• Respond to plan and policy-related questions with clarity
• Educate customers on distribution options and tax implications
• Maintain relationships with peers to solve problems
• Utilize tools to identify best retirement planning strategies
• Meet ongoing training and compliance requirements
