Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Workplace Planning Consultant to guide customers through retirement savings options, including 401(k) and IRAs. You will educate clients on plan features and help align their goals with available options, while aiming to deepen their relationship with Empower.

The role offers a base salary with a bonus component and the possibility of promotion to Senior Workplace Planning Consultant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 1 year in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention.
• Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone guidance at key life moments for employer-sponsored retirement accounts.
• Discuss 401(k) and IRA options to align with customer goals.
• Educate customers on retirement plan information and compare options.
• Focus on deepening customer relationships with Empower.
