You will guide decisions that influence long‑term financial success and deepen client relationships through proactive, personalized engagements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in financial services or advisory roles, knowledge of IRAs and retirement products, and FINRA 7 & 66

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated sales success and knowledge of IRAs and retirement plans.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required; fingerprinting on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants.
• Guide participants through plan and policy questions with clear communication.
• Retain assets through education and personalized guidance on distributions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with peers to solve problems and deliver results.
