Empower LLC is seeking a Workplace Planning Consultant to guide customers remotely on retirement savings options, including 401(k) and IRA products. Role emphasizes client relationships and achieving goals through informed guidance.

New consultants can advance to Senior Workplace Planning Consultant; compensation includes base salary plus bonus with potential for higher total earnings based on performance and company metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention
• Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) within timelines
• Motivated, self-starter with ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide over the phone guidance at key life moments to customers
• Discuss available account options (401K and IRAs) to align retirement goals
• Educate customers on retirement plan information
• Focus on deepening customer relationships with Empower
