Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to work Remote to support our manufacturing client's East Coast roles at multiple locations. This role is a 3 month contract with 100% remote focus, EST time, and involvement across hourly to leadership positions.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, coordinating interviews, and building candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions including manufacturing, engineering, operations and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume requisition load.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting sourcing/intake through offer acceptance.
• Source and recruit for hourly, salaried, technical, professional and leadership roles.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and speed up time-to-fill.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Utilize sourcing tools to build talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
• Support recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives as needed.
