Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, engineering, and skilled trades roles in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce plans and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
• Proven success recruiting for high-volume and technical manufacturing positions.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and operations positions.
• Experience using ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and recruiting timelines.
• Lead intake meetings and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and local talent channels.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive manufacturing talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights regarding compensation, talent availability, and recruiting trends.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support offer management and onboarding processes to ensure successful candidate integration.
