You will source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and Foundit, screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage multiple requirements, and drive closures while maintaining trackers and daily reports. This role offers 100% work from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (as per eligibility).
• Experience in recruitment consultancies or staffing agencies preferred.
• Proficient in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and job platforms.

Responsibilities

• Understand client job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Source candidates via major recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Evaluate candidates on skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidates through joining and follow-ups.
• Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Maintain trackers, databases, and daily reports.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to close positions.
