Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead the real estate portfolio of the business units. The role emphasizes negotiation, financial evaluation, problem solving, and legal research to ensure transactions align with Ryder policies.

The position involves managing end-to-end transactions, coordinating with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations and BU leadership, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in real estate or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years or more professional experience in Commercial Real Estate related jobs required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish and source brokerage services; collaborate with brokers to locate new properties.
• Analyze and negotiate terms and finalize contracts for assigned business units.
• Lead internal cross functional teams with legal, risk, tax, environmental, and operations to complete projects.
• Drive portfolio process improvements and ensure Ryder policy compliance.
