Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead complex real estate transactions, negotiate terms, and provide financial and legal insight across the real estate portfolio.

You will coordinate with Legal, Environmental, Risk, Tax, Operations and BU Leadership to ensure timely, compliant deals and drive process improvements, while maintaining accurate portfolio records in the RE database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred real estate or related field
• Five (5) years or more professional experience in Commercial Real Estate related jobs required

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions start to finish, source brokerage services and valuations.
• Lead internal cross functional team and execute changes with Ryder's legal, operations, risk, tax, environmental departments.
• Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction teams to complete portfolio projects requiring construction or equipment installation.
• Ensure Ryder portfolio records are accurate and current in the RE database.
• Comply with Ryder internal approval controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
