AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join the Enterprise Intelligence team in a fully remote format. You will optimize call center operations through data-driven insights to maximize contact rates, conversions, and profitability.

You will analyze metrics, build dashboards, and develop SQL-based solutions to monitor performance and drive revenue. A/B testing experience and strong business acumen are essential for success in this high-ownership role.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
• Advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to translate complex problems into quantitative solutions and run experiments (A/B testing).
• Experience evaluating business metrics and KPIs to identify revenue and profit opportunities.

• Create and maintain frameworks for tracking performance and develop dashboards and automated reports.
