Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Quantitative Analyst to join the Enterprise Intelligence team in a fully remote format. You will optimize call center operations through data-driven insights to maximize contact rates, conversions, and profitability.

You will analyze metrics, build dashboards, and develop SQL-based solutions to monitor performance and drive revenue. A/B testing experience and strong business acumen are essential for success in this high-ownership role.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
Advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations in Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization.
Ability to translate complex problems into quantitative solutions and run experiments (A/B testing).
Experience evaluating business metrics and KPIs to identify revenue and profit opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyze business metrics to detect deficiencies, gaps, and opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Create and maintain frameworks for tracking performance and develop dashboards and automated reports.
Develop and optimize SQL-based analytics solutions and workflows to operationalize model outputs.
