You will spearhead the design and optimization of environmentally conscious processes, driving energy efficiency, waste reduction, and circular economy integration.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with sustainability focus.
- 10+ years in chemical process design, leading large projects.
- Experience with Aspen Plus or UniSim and advanced modeling.
- Knowledge of LCA, green chemistry, and sustainability metrics.
- Strong process safety and environmental regulation knowledge.
- Excellent remote leadership and collaboration skills.
- PE or equivalent certification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual and FEED design of sustainable chemical processes.
- Develop process simulations to improve energy efficiency and waste reduction.
- Incorporate green chemistry and circular economy into designs.
- Perform safety assessments (HAZOP) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor remote team of process engineers.
- Collaborate with R&D, PM, and international teams.
