Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of process engineers in development and scale-up of new chemical processes.
• Oversee design, simulation, and optimization of chemical processes for scalability and feasibility, managed remotely.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources for process development initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate lab findings into pilot and commercial-scale processes.
• Conduct PHAs and implement risk mitigation in a virtual setting.
• Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and equipment specs.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities
