Bush & Bush Law Group in Ohio seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) to join our growing remote team. You will manage cases end-to-end from intake through trial, with a strong support team and a flexible remote setup.

The role requires 10+ years in plaintiff-side PI litigation, Ohio license (Texas a plus), and a proven courtroom track record. Expect competitive compensation and a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
• Remote-friendly role; ability to manage a full caseload from Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead Litigation End-to-End: Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in Court: Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Client Strategy & Guidance: Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Draft & Argue: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Trial Preparation: Work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Case Evaluation: Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
