BCG Attorney Search is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a remote Ohio-based team. You will manage cases from intake through trial, draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in hearings.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation experience, an active Ohio Bar license (Texas license a plus), and a proven track record in courtroom settings. This fully remote role includes dedicated support and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch experience.
