Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Ohio for our growing remote team. You will handle meaningful cases from intake through trial with a strong support team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of plaintiff-side PI litigation, hold an active Ohio Bar license (dual Ohio/Texas licensure preferred), and excel in advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing while managing a full caseload remotely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities.
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organized and able to manage a full caseload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end: intake through trial with strategy development, discovery, depositions and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in court: hearings, trials, mediations and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Provide client strategy and guidance; develop winning strategies tailored to cases.
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions and discovery documents.
• Prepare for trials; work with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses and strategy.
• Evaluate liability, damages and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent client communication and deliver high-touch service.
