Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Ohio to join our growing remote team. You will handle meaningful cases, work with a strong support team, and make a real impact—without being tied to a traditional office setting.

We are looking for a 10+ year veteran with strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities to manage cases from intake through trial while maintaining excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end from intake through trial, including strategy, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with confidence and precision.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Draft and argue persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for trial with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and strategy.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent client communication and deliver a high-touch experience.
