Bush & Bush Law Group in Ohio is seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) to join our growing remote team. This role involves managing cases from intake through trial with a strong support staff.

Candidates must have 10+ years of plaintiff-side experience and an active Ohio Bar license (dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred). We offer competitive compensation, a supportive culture, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation end-to-end: manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Advocate in court: represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client strategy & guidance: advise clients on legal options and develop winning strategies tailored to their cases.
• Draft & argue: prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Trial preparation: work closely with paralegals and staff on exhibits, witnesses, and trial strategy.
• Case evaluation: analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Client communication: maintain strong, consistent communication and deliver a high-touch client experience.
