Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.

• Organized and comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
