Job summary

XWING is seeking a Flight Research Senior Remote Pilot. The successful candidate will operate a large UAS and take on the role of remote pilot in command for a key project. Candidates must possess a minimum Part 61 certificate and ideally hold an instrument rating.

This position offers a competitive base pay ranging from $149,900 to $245,000/year alongside a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and stock options.

Qualifications

• Minimum Part 61 certificate required; ideally already holds an instrument rating.
• Experience in operating medium to large UAS is essential.
• Training needs to focus on specific system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties of remote pilot in command for project support.
• Operate a large UAS in controlled airspace.
• Develop and uphold operational procedures.

Skills

Experience operating medium to large UAS from purpose built GCS

Good stick skills
