XWING is seeking a Flight Research Test Pilot in Concord, CA. This role involves operating research and development platforms, focusing on the Cessna Caravan program. Ideal candidates will have extensive aviation experience, including FAA certification and test pilot experience.

The position offers competitive base pay between $91,500 and $151,900 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate required.
• Instrument Airplane rating required.
• Minimum of 750 hours pilot in command (PIC) flight time and 100 hours of turbine time.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in aviation operations.
• At least 3 years of experience as a test pilot.

Responsibilities

• Act as the airborne and remote pilot in command for various R&D aircraft platforms.
• Uphold standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and provide feedback on system improvements.

Skills

FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
