Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Remote Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts from anywhere in the world. You will develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEM, social, display, and affiliate channels to drive growth and reduce CAC.

In this fully remote role, you will manage sizable budgets, run rigorous A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and report insights to stakeholders while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition and hands-on campaign management.
• Demonstrated success in managing significant paid media budgets and driving measurable results across multiple channels.
• Expertise in SEM, social media advertising, analytics platforms, and marketing attribution models.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across SEM, social, display, and affiliate channels.
• Oversee paid media budgets to maximize ROI.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaigns and landing pages.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS; provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
