Jobgether is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for 400+ employees using Paylocity and integrated systems for benefits, taxes, and deductions. You will oversee audits, year-end processes, and W-2 issuance while collaborating with People, Accounting, and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This role is remote within the United States and offers opportunities to optimize payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing end-to-end payroll operations.
• Experience with quarterly and annual payroll audits and tax compliance.
• Experience processing payroll for large employee populations using established platforms.
• Strong understanding of integrated payroll and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing through Paylocity for 400+ employees.
• Validate payroll submissions with People and business teams.
• Process and approve updates for hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, and commissions.
• Audit data before each payroll cycle and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage off-cycle payrolls and year-end payments.
• Prepare custom payroll reports for Finance and HR.
• Coordinate year-end activities and W-2 issuance.
• Ensure payroll tax filings and external reporting are accurate.
