Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead payroll implementation projects for clients worldwide. This remote, U.S.-only role partners with the Client Services team and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and superior client satisfaction.

You will configure data, manage budgets, and train clients on the payroll platform. The role requires 5+ years in client management within payroll/HCM and 2+ years in SaaS project management, with exceptional communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 5+ years client management experience in payroll/HCM.
• Minimum 2 years PM in a SaaS environment.
• Pro-active, thorough problem-solving approach.
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate client kickoff meetings and present scope and timelines.
• Define, gather, track, and share milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Define, configure payroll data, processes, and reports for go-live and hyper care.
• Train clients on payroll platform and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
