Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst & Administrator based in the United States. This fully remote role oversees end-to-end payroll across the U.S.

and Canada, with bi-weekly payroll processing and compliance across multiple jurisdictions using cloud-based systems. You will review timekeeping, coordinate with tax authorities, generate detailed payroll reports, and work with HR partners to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of payroll administration experience covering both the United States and Canada.
• Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
• Proficiency with cloud-based payroll platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with HR and authorities.

Aufgaben

• Process bi-weekly payrolls across 15 U.S. locations and 2 Canadian locations using Ceridian Dayforce.
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy at remote locations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities for wage garnishments and inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and year-end outputs.
• Support payroll system configuration and process improvements.
