Job summary

Dental Claim Support in the United States seeks a Senior Account Manager for our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit. You will lead the Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers, aligning performance with strategic goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Reporting to Senior Operations Manager, you will drive data-driven decisions, workforce planning, and continuous improvement to maximize revenue and improve service delivery for dental practices and groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in managing teams of 5+ members.
• Experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery revenue cycle management.
• Knowledge of CDT, CPT, and ICD-10 cross-coding.
• Understanding of oral surgery workflows, including pre-authorizations and coordination of benefits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Project management and KPI monitoring abilities.
• Commitment to workforce retention and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Drive a plus.
