Job summary

Dental Claim Support is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee insurance billing services for our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit. You will be the primary management contact for key client accounts, lead a team of Assistant Account Managers, Account Specialists, and subcontractors, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of revenue cycle management services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven leadership in team management.
• OMS-specific: dental administrative, dental client service, or dental billing support role required.
• Working knowledge of oral surgery billing, including dental and medical cross-coding (CDT, CPT, and ICD-10).
• Understanding of oral surgery workflows, including pre-authorizations, medical necessity documentation, and coordination of benefits between medical and dental payers.
• Proficiency in quality control and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary management contact for key client accounts, overseeing all insurance billing services and driving solutions to their revenue cycle management needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding clients' objectives, challenges, and align our services to meet their goals.
• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Account Managers, Account Specialists and subcontractors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Develop and implement revenue cycle management strategies to optimize revenue generation for clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue cycle management services with existing clients, using consultative sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline operational workflows, enforce quality control, and manage change effectively.
