RevMed is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to directly promote its oncology portfolio and build strong relationships with private practices, hospitals, and academic centers within the assigned territory.

You will serve as a clinical and business leader, delivering approved disease and product information, ensuring patient access, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize market access and launch success.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• 8-12+ years of oncology product sales experience.
• Proven track record of product launch success in oncology.
• Oral Oncolytic product launch experience.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Proven performer in highly competitive marketplaces.
• Proven performer in solo-representative selling environments.
• Demonstrated success operating in small/midsize biotechnology environments.

Responsibilities

• Markets Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.
• Exceed territory performance goals by positioning product benefits for appropriate patients.
• Develops and manages time to drive brand value and patient impact.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely patient access to products.
• Flex between virtual and in-person engagements and build business plans.
• Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Develop deep relationships across accounts and provide value-driven solutions.
• Represent RevMed brands in a compliant and ethical manner.
• Demonstrate understanding of disease states, products, and competitor offerings.
• Understand reimbursement processes and pathways for oral oncolytics.
• Manage territory resources and budget effectively.
• Drive access to customers in the evolving market landscape.
• Support team effectiveness and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
