Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead direct promotion of its oncology portfolio and build strong relationships with private practices, hospitals, and academic centers across the assigned territory. The role requires deep oncology experience, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel ~50% while balancing virtual and in-person engagements.

Qualificações

• 12–15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• 8–12+ years of oncology product sales experience.
• Proven track record of oncology product launches.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Willing to travel ~50% and work across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio within designated territory.
• Exceed territory sales goals by positioning product benefits for patients.
• Manage time effectively to maximize patient access and brand value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to care.
• Balance virtual and in-person engagements; develop business plans.
• Analyze market data and translate insights into plans.
• Develop deep customer relationships and provide value-driven solutions.
• Represent RevMed brands professionally and compliantly.
• Understand disease states, products, and competitors; articulate value.
• Understand reimbursement pathways for oral oncolytics.
• Demonstrate territory management and selling competencies.
• Gain access to customers in the modern landscape.
• Drive team effectiveness and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Manage territory resources and budget, compliant with laws.
