Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Networking Professional Services Engineer to join our Service Delivery team as a resident engineer. You will support MX and Routing Director platforms, plan deployments, and test solutions in a large-scale service provider environment.

US citizenship is required. The role offers remote work with collaboration across JTAC and customer teams, enabling deep Juniper product knowledge and customer-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Routing and switching in data center networks: EVPN, multicast, OSPF, BGP, RSVP, LDP, L2VPN/L3VPN, MPLS TE, tunneling (GRE, VXLAN).
• Experience with MX and Routing Director products.
• Ability to open JTAC cases and coordinate resolution with customer teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with customers and engineers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of routing and switching tech in large-scale ISP environments.
• Develop deployment plans and test solutions with a team of resident engineers.
• Act as primary customer contact for operational issues and JTAC resolutions.
• Document and communicate case status and root-cause analyses.
