Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Networking Professional Services Engineer to support MX and Routing Director in a large-scale service provider environment. This remote role involves planning deployments, developing implementation plans, and testing in collaboration with resident engineers and JTAC.

You will gain deep product knowledge, act as the primary technical contact for operations issues, open JTAC cases, and deliver documentation and root-cause analyses. Travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years hands-on network engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph clearance is required.
• Remote position with travel to customer sites in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of data center routing and switching technologies (EVPN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS TE, etc.).
• Provide primary technical contact for customer operations and JTAC resolutions.
