Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company seeks a Senior Network Engineer to join our Service Delivery team as a resident engineer, supporting MX and Routing Director platforms in a large-scale service provider environment. You will plan deployments, develop implementation plans, and test solutions with a team and the customer.

You will be the primary customer contact for operational issues, coordinate JTAC resolutions, and document outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent work experience.
• Clearance TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph required.
• Full-time remote position with travel to customer locations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of routing and switching in data center networks (EVPN, MPLS, OSPF/BGP).
• Support Juniper MX and Routing Director products and coordinate with JTAC.
