Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Network Engineer to join our Service Delivery team as a resident engineer. You will support MX and Routing Director platforms within a large-scale ISP environment, developing deployment plans, and performing testing in collaboration with a team of engineers and customers.

You will serve as the primary customer contact for operational issues, engage JTAC for resolutions, and ensure documentation and data exchange are clear and timely.

Qualifications

• BS in technical/engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years hands-on network engineering experience.
• TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph is required.
• Juniper or other vendor certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites; 25% typical.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of routing and switching for data centers; EVPN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and related tech.
• Support Juniper MX and Routing Director platforms; develop deployment plans and testing.
• Collaborate with resident engineers and JTAC to resolve issues.
