Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Networking Professional Services Engineer to support MX and Routing Director platforms in a large-scale ISP environment. The role is remote with travel and requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

You will partner with resident engineers and customers to plan deployments, develop implementation plans, and perform advanced troubleshooting. Strong communication and JTAC collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Clearance TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph.
• Experience with Juniper MX and Routing Director.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning for network deployments and develop implementation plans.
• Open JTAC cases and provide data, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with resident engineers and customer teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
