Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Senior Support Network Engineer for remote work to support ISP and fixed wireless networks for U.S.-based B2B customers. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, strong networking skills, and customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities include configuring MikroTik and Cisco devices, managing routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and deploying fixed wireless links with providers such as Cambium and Ubiquiti. Remote within U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with fixed wireless/WISP technologies and routing.
• Strong knowledge of MikroTik and Cisco networking equipment.
• Experience with OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
• Experience deploying PTP/PTMP wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to U.S.-based B2B customers.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik and Cisco devices across core/edge networks.
• Monitor performance, resolve outages, and maintain network availability.
• Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot fixed wireless infrastructure (FWA).
• Work with wireless platforms such as Cambium, Ubiquiti/UniFi, Aviat, Siklu/Ceragon.
