Job summary

MortgageRight is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead residential mortgage lending operations. This role involves owning the end-to-end loan process from application to closing and requires strong knowledge of loan products, processing, and underwriting guidelines.

As a self-generating leader, you will establish your own branch framework, marketing strategies, and operating protocols while aligning with the larger organization’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Lending.
• 1+ years of Managerial Experience in Lending.
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all loans originated by the Branch are handled in accordance with Company policies, guidelines, quality control, and investor guidelines.
• Ensure that all proper documentation is prepared, kept and maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
• Advise borrowers of the most appropriate financing options.
• Complete the HMDA section of the 1003 in its entirety.
• Ensure all advertising, websites, social media and marketing are pre-approved by the Company and compliant with Do Not Call and Federal/State rules.
