Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or risk management, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• High School diploma required.
• Proven experience handling insurance claims.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex litigated claims involving auto and homeowners matters.
• Shape claim strategy by directing defense counsel and evaluating settlements.
• Create discovery plans including depositions, IMEs, and experts.
• Review liability, damages, and coverage to assess settlement options.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and participate in mediations.
