Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in an MSP, VAR, ISP, NOC, or enterprise IT environment.
• Familiarity with Dell and Cisco ToR networking technologies.
• Experience with hyper-converged systems like VxRail.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and implement customer technologies and services.
• Travel to customer locations for onsite support or hardware installations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
