You will drive project planning, design, and construction while developing sales strategies and mentoring engineers to maintain technical excellence in advanced treatment processes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in process engineering and consulting for water/wastewater projects.
• Experience delivering complex design projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across disciplines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for services.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineering professionals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.
