GAI Consultants is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial water and wastewater design projects. This role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams, client management, and delivery excellence.

The position supports remote or hybrid work arrangements across the U.S. You will mentor engineering professionals, develop sales strategies, and ensure technical excellence in advanced treatment facilities and process engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in process engineering and consulting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep technical knowledge of advanced treatment processes and facility design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and construction services for industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple disciplines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both established and new clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for services.
