OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking an Intensivist to help train and evaluate AI clinical responses in critical care. This remote, project-based role offers flexible part-time hours and competitive pay for expert contributions.

You will design ICU task scenarios, assess AI outputs for accuracy and safety, and provide structured feedback to align models with current critical care guidelines. Strong communication and clinical judgment are essential.

Formación

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Residency in critical care medicine completed.
• Fellowship training in critical care recommended.
• Current US medical licensure.
• Fluent English language required.

Responsabilidades

• Create expert-level ICU tasks based on real ICU workflows.
• Write scenarios involving rapid assessment, ventilator management, hemodynamic management, sepsis care, ultrasound, and treatment planning.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical responses for accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with critical care standards.
• Explain clinical decisions clearly and provide structured written feedback.
• Apply critical care judgment across respiratory failure, shock, sepsis, resuscitation, and multi-organ support.
