This ongoing, project-based opportunity allows you to work remotely at your own pace, applying deep ICU expertise in areas like sepsis care, ventilation, ECMO, and rapid patient assessment.

You’ll contribute to setting guidelines and improving AI performance while maintaining patient

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board-certified or eligible in critical care.
• Residency plus fellowship in critical care medicine.
• Currently licensed to practice medicine in the United States.
• Experience in critical care areas such as sepsis, ventilation, ECMO.

Responsibilities

• Create expert-level tasks based on ICU workflows (rapid assessment, ventilation, hemodynamics).
• Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with guidelines.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work remotely with flexible hours and no minimum commitments.
