This opportunity accepts board-certified or board-eligible physicians (ABIM) and senior residents/fellows (PGY-2+), with 2+ years of postgraduate training.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine (ABIM), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with SCCM standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate critical care case presentations, hemodynamic monitoring, and ventilator management.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for critical care.
