OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Pulmonologist/Intensivist AI Evaluation Expert to create advanced pulmonary and ICU scenarios and assess AI responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning, empathy, and safety.

This remote, freelance, part-time role requires 20–40 hours per week and active clinical qualification. The work involves designing ventilator management cases, ARDS, COPD exacerbations, and sepsis-related respiratory failure, with feedback to improve AI medical reasoning and education.

Formación

• MD or equivalent medical qualification with active clinical practice within the last 3+ years.
• Board certification in Pulmonary Medicine and/or Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong expertise in respiratory failure, mechanical ventilation, lung diseases and ICU management.
• Ability to explain complex medical reasoning in clear, patient-friendly English.
• Experience with digital medical tools and teaching/educational settings.
• Remote freelance role with 20–40 hours per week overlapping Pacific Time.
• Initial engagement of one month with potential extension.

Qualifications and work arrangement

• Helpful: familiarity with digital medical tools and experience communicating clinical decisions in medical or educational settings. Education from a highly regarded institution is valued.
• Remote freelance work, open worldwide, requiring 20-40 hours per week, at least four hours per day, and some overlap with Pacific Time.
• The initial engagement is one month, with the possibility of extension.
