Job summary

ICF seeks an experienced Homeless Services HMIS Manager to lead a team of data professionals responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the HMIS for a large Continuum of Care (CoC). You will ensure data quality, reliability, and timely deliveries, coordinating with the HMIS vendor and external partners.

The role emphasizes governance, performance monitoring, and leadership in aligning HMIS work with organizational objectives and community impact.

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with HMIS and homeless services data systems.
• Understanding of HMIS software requirements and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HMIS operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and data quality per contracts and SLAs.
• Lead and develop a team of data professionals, including analysts and system admins.
• Coordinate with CoC HMIS leadership, vendor, and partners to meet performance benchmarks.
• Review data quality and reporting for funders and policymakers.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and workflows.
