Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering training and capacity-building materials.
• Experience with HMIS or similar information technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HMIS training development, delivery, and capacity-building activities.
• Ensure trainings meet HUD and CoC compliance.
• Lead a team of HMIS trainers and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Develop in-person and virtual training options using modern instructional design methods.
