Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with SQL and data querying, reporting and BI technologies.
• Experience supporting health equity, population health, or healthcare disparities initiatives.
• Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication of analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translates end-user requests into complex business and technical requirements for health equity initiatives.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on defined health equity measures.
• Writes SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate findings into data-informed strategies.
